Milk Therapy

The beneficial action of milk on our organism dates back to ancient times; a typical example is represented by Cleopatra , queen of Egypt, of the 70’s B.C.

Rich in Calcium and Vitamins A and C, is wonderful for the skin.

Warm milk baths, medicated with medicinal plants and/or cereals, will produce states of deep relaxation in your body, a soft, silky and hydrated skin, together with a rejuvenating process also producing relaxation states and tranquility.

Treatment in which warm oil is poured finely on the central part of the forehead. This is a relaxing technique for the Central Nervous System to treat anxiety problems, nervousness, insomnia, headaches and others.

Netravasti Ayurvedic massage technique using herbs’ wraps (suited to the patient), soaked in a prior concoction of plants, in milk, in oil, or any other medicated hot liquid.
